"Pirates ye be warned," read the sign above the mangled, rotting corpses of the original private industry.

Many like to think that the United States was founded by buttoned up rich men, pious church leaders, and hard-working farmers, but the truth is that it was founded by cold-blooded killers, thieves, and pirates.
When the Kings and Queens of Europe began to explore further west, the goal was to find a way to speed up trading with the east. It was all about sugar, spice, and everything nice, but what they found was more land with more resources and more people to work the fields. The colonies were set up to lay claim to what each King or Queen felt was theirs. The Kings and Queens of Europe never left the "mine" phase of child development, and well possession is 9/10 of the law.
The Forever Wars began long before the colonies and have continued long after; but the story is always the same, someone goes looking for something better and usually finds something or does something worse. Social engineering is about learning how humans process their circumstances, adapt to changing environments, and overcome the challenges ahead. The power dynamics that unfold breed manipulation, and before you know it you find yourself in the business of buying and selling souls.
This is where the rule of law enters the picture. Governance of how social engineering is allowed and the power dynamics that unfold have turned into what we refer to as "politics." From the ancient Greek, πολιτικά (politiká) meaning 'affairs of the cities,' politics are the set of activities that are associated with making decisions in groups, or other forms of power relations among individuals, such as the distribution of status or resources.
The manner in which we determine the distribution of status and resources is a matter of currency. Whether we are talking dollar bills, crypto, euros, or any other number of systems, currency is a standardization of money in any form, in use or circulation as a medium of exchange. Each system is backed by different standards, rates, and populations of people. This means your money is only as good as those willing to accept it in exchange for whatever it is you need.
As of today, the United States government is in day 3 of a shutdown. What this means is that the power dynamics of who gets to distribute resources to whom based on the currency of the day could not be decided upon.
Why is this? This is because some individuals think they are better than others. Whether you call it racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, or intellectualism, it is the same issue - you deserve less and I deserve more because of who you are and who I am.
Tomorrow, let's dig into this a little further. I'm thinking we jump into the thick of it with the establishment of the Heritage Foundation, the Contract with America, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Reaganomics, and Project 2025.
I know this can seem like a lot to digest, especially in one sitting; but, I promise you it is more about simple math, not rocket science. To be clear, all of these systems were built by individuals with less than a 5th grade education, and that is not to diminish the difficulty but to encourage the learning process. You are no further than five years away from understanding the basics of social engineering.
From there... its up to you what you do with it. Will you decide that buying and selling souls is worth the pain you cause or will you discover a way to break free from the status quo to live the life of the chaotic good? Anywho... more tomorrow.
XOXO, Sapiophielle
